Early Years Practitioner Supply - Alsager

£13.65 (Level 2 or above) Per Hour

Zero Hour Contract - Flexible Hours

At Thrive, we don’t just provide childcare - we shape futures. Every day, our Early Years Practitioners inspire, nurture, and guide children to explore, play, and grow in a safe, welcoming environment. To us, you’re a hero, and we make sure you feel like one too!

We’re looking for Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners (or above) to join our flexible Supply Team, supporting our amazing settings across Cheshire East. This role requires travel between nurseries, so access to transport is essential.

Whether you’re newly qualified, returning to Early Years after a break, or looking to take the next step in your career, this role gives you the flexibility to fit work around your life while gaining valuable experience across multiple nursery settings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
