Nursery – Bright Horizons Milford
Early Years Practitioner (Full-Time) | Milford, Staffordshire, ST17 0LA Salary: Starting from £28,072 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll:
- Plan, create, and implement engaging, child-specific activities tailored to key developmental milestones.
- Foster a safe, creative environment enabling self-expression, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of learning.
- Encourage inclusivity and fun to inspire wonder in young minds.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and educational experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Collaborate with parents/carers and colleagues to build trust andrognership in children’s development.
- Design innovative play-based learning opportunities that support individual and group milestones.

Requirements
- Full/Relevant Level 3+ qualification or higher in Early Years.
- Passion for creating dynamic, inclusive environments.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.
- Commitment to partnership with parents/guardians and teamwork.
- Enhanced DBS check will be required as part of recruitment.
