Early Years Practitioner – Bright Horizons Clairmont Nursery
Salary: £26,915 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 6EG

Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool in Wilmslow, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, offers an outstanding environment for early years professionals. Nestled conveniently near Wilmslow and Alderley Edge train stations, it features six well-equipped rooms tailored to children aged 3 months to 5 years. Carbon neutral car parking is available, and excellent transport links make this an accessible workplace, catering to commuters across Cheshire and Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities
As an Early Years Practitioner at Bright Horizons Clairmont, you will:
- Plan, create, and implement engaging, interactive activities tailored to each child’s individual needs.
- Nurture a safe, welcoming environment encouraging children to express themselves, learn, and grow toward key developmental milestones.
- Celebrate and encourage curiosity and creativity, fostering a lifelong love of learning.
- Work towards the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements, ensuring playful yet structured educational experiences.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
Person Specification
- Passionate about creating fun, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Exceptional understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to develop trustful partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers
