We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join The Laurels Day Nursery at our Caterham site, a charming nursery in a leafy residential area near Town End Recreation Ground and Caterham Station.
Salary & Location
- Salary: £28,274 - £35,214 per annum (dependent on qualifications & experience)
- Location: Caterham, Surrey
- Facilities: Parent drop-off zone, parking, and easy access via public transport

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging, child-specific activities to support developmental milestones
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages creativity, learning, and self-expression
- Help nurture a lifelong love of learning in children
** Qualifications & Requirements**
We are seeking applicants with:
- Full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification (or above)
- A passion for fun, inclusive learning environments tailored to 0-5-year-olds
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Excellent safeguarding and child protection knowledge
- Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues
