EYFS Practitioner

Level 3 Qualified

Bristol

Full-Time

ASAP Start

I am working with a fabulous 2 form entry Primary School in the Bristol area who are seeking a Nursery Practitioner to work within their Pre-School class, starting ASAP. They know how vitally important it is to ensure that all children have the best start in life, and that solid foundations in the early years ensures that children thrive and achieve their full potential later in life.

The Role

This position is a long-term role for a candidate who has a level 3 Early Years Qualification. This school is seeking someone really energetic and highly ambitious to support children of a young age with their early educational development.

You will be expected to:

  • Be creative and work collaboratively with the EY teacher to support fun lessons.
  • Have a clear understanding of the EYFS framework and expectations.
  • Have a range of positive behaviour management skills.
  • Support activities inside and outside of the classroom.
  • Be enthusiastic to develop the children socially, physically and intellectually.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
