Schedule: 5 days a week for 34 hours a week
Role Summary
The Early Years Quality & Compliance Auditor is responsible for assessing the quality, compliance and effectiveness of early years provision across Monkey Puzzle’s network of Nursery Group and Franchised nursery settings through a robust programme of quality and compliance audits.
Through scheduled, risk based and follow up audits, the role will evaluate settings against the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework, relevant legislations and statutory guidance, Ofsted requirements, the Early Years Inspection Toolkit, and Monkey Puzzle policies, procedures and quality standards.
The role is responsible for conducting clear, objective and evidence-based evaluations of nursery performance, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and any safeguarding, compliance or quality risks. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
