Are you passionate about Early Years education and helping others develop successful careers in childcare? At Eden Training Solutions, we're looking for a dedicated Skills Coach to support and guide Early Years apprentices throughout their learning journey, helping them achieve their qualifications and reach their full potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a caseload of learners and supporting them to achieve their apprenticeship goals
- Delivering engaging remote 1:1 teaching, learning and assessment sessions
- Monitoring learner progress and Off-the-Job training through our e-portfolio system
- Supporting learners with Functional Skills achievement
- Providing high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to learners and employers
- Promoting learner engagement, progression and timely completion
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and EDI requirements
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to drive learner success
- Keeping up to date with Ofsted requirements and EYFS standards

What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare & Education, Children's Care Learning & Development, or equivalent
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- TAQA, A1, D32/33, CAVA or willingness to work towards
Desirable Qualifications
- Degree in Early Childhood Studies
- Teaching/training qualifications (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, Cert Ed)
- Paediatric First Aid Level 3
Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering 1:1 teaching, learning and assessment
- Strong organisational, planning and digital skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners remotely and face-to-face
- Knowledge of Ofsted inspection standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, health, safety and wellbeing
