Transparency Education is seeking a passionate Early Years Teacher for a full-time, long-term role at a primary school in Lambeth. We are looking for an Early Years specialist who can combine high-quality teaching with an excellent understanding of how young children learn. The successful Early Years Teacher will create engaging learning opportunities while supporting children's academic, social and emotional development.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver stimulating learning in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Develop purposeful continuous provision and play-based learning opportunities.
  • Observe, assess and monitor children's development.
  • Support early language, communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Adapt provision for children with different starting points and additional needs.
  • Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Work effectively with Teaching Assistants, colleagues and parents/carers.

Requirements

  • QTS or another formally recognised teaching qualification.
  • Early Years teaching experience or strong EYFS experience.
  • Secure understanding of EYFS teaching, assessment and child development.
  • Strong classroom organisation and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Pay is determined based on candidate qualifications and experience.
