Transparency Education is seeking a passionate Early Years Teacher for a full-time, long-term role at a primary school in Lambeth. We are looking for an Early Years specialist who can combine high-quality teaching with an excellent understanding of how young children learn. The successful Early Years Teacher will create engaging learning opportunities while supporting children's academic, social and emotional development.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver stimulating learning in line with the EYFS framework.
- Develop purposeful continuous provision and play-based learning opportunities.
- Observe, assess and monitor children's development.
- Support early language, communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
- Adapt provision for children with different starting points and additional needs.
- Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Work effectively with Teaching Assistants, colleagues and parents/carers.

Requirements
- QTS or another formally recognised teaching qualification.
- Early Years teaching experience or strong EYFS experience.
- Secure understanding of EYFS teaching, assessment and child development.
- Strong classroom organisation and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Pay is determined based on candidate qualifications and experience.
