Early Years Teachers
Location: Bridgwater
Start date: September 2026
Pay: £140 to £233 per day based on role and pay scale.
We are working exclusively with a large and highly respected Multi-Academy Trust (BWMAT) that supports a wide network of schools across Somerset and the wider South West. The Trust is recognised for its inclusive values, strong community focus, supportive leadership, and commitment to nurturing both pupils and staff. Connex Education is recruiting early years supply teachers to support local primary schools with nursery and reception cover, short-term placements, and regular supply opportunities. The Bridgwater EYFS Supply Teaching Role
As an EYFS Supply Teacher in Bridgwater, you will step into nursery and reception classrooms to provide calm, confident cover that helps children feel secure and engaged. You will support existing routines, deliver prepared learning activities, and work alongside school staff to maintain a positive early years environment.

What We're Looking For
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
- Experience teaching or training within EYFS
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Framework
- A calm, organised, and caring approach to classroom cover
- Flexibility to work across different schools and early years settings
