We are delighted to be working with a well-established nursery in Oxfordshire that is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Teacher to join their dedicated team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is committed to providing high-quality early education and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Early Years Teachers play a vital role in supporting children's learning and development through engaging, play-based experiences while fostering strong partnerships with families.

About the Company
The Nursery has excellent facilities indoors and outdoors, and the owners are particularly proud of the big rural garden that has been designed with very small children in mind. A great emphasis is placed on spending lots of time outside in the fresh air, and the team uses both the indoors and outdoors to deliver all areas of the early years curriculum to a high standard.

About the Role
- Inspire and support children's learning and development through engaging, child-led experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
- Observe, assess, and plan for children's individual progress, tailoring activities to support their next steps in learning.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, acting as a key person and providing regular updates on their child's development.
- Promote the highest standards of safeguarding, health, safety, and wellbeing, ensuring children are cared for and supported at all times.
About You
- Early Years Teachers Status (EYTS)
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential) along with your Maths and English.
- Strong leadership skills
- Caring, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting children's development
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
