Early Years Teacher – Bright Horizons Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool
📍 Location: Crouch End, London (near Crouch Hill Overground Station & Victoria line) 💰 Salary: Starting from £33,467.20 per annum (dependent on qualifications/experience)
About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and committed Early Years Teacher to join Bright Horizons Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool—a ‘Good’ Ofsted-rated 79-place nursery with exceptional outdoor spaces, including a beach area, outdoor classroom, jungle walk, and look-out tower.

Responsibilities
As an Early Years Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging learning opportunities that cater to children’s individual needs and experiences, ensuring stimulating and inspiring indoor and outdoor environments.
- Make accurate and effective assessments of each child’s development, interests, and progress.
- Support holistic child development, ensuring every child can thrive.
- Foster strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and carers to create a cohesive, child-focused team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a Level 6 Early Years Qualification.
- A passion for Early Years education, with a creative and playful approach to developing young children.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues, children, and parents/carers.
