As Our Early Years Team Leader, You Will
- Lead and support a team of Early Years Educators to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Champion the RECIPE curriculum and high-quality teaching and learning.
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring and role modelling.
- Build strong partnerships with families and external professionals.

- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Experience leading or supporting colleagues within an early years environment.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality early years education.
