The company has a rewarding opportunity for an Early Years Tutor to join its skills team, delivering Early Years apprenticeship standards across Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas.

The Early Years Tutor will manage a caseload of apprentices, delivering high-quality teaching, coaching, and assessment that supports learner progress, confidence, and achievement.
As an Early Years Tutor, you will work closely with employers, carry out reviews and workplace assessments, prepare learners for End-Point Assessment, embed English, Maths, and professional behaviors, and help shape the next generation of Early Years professionals.
This role would suit an experienced Early Years Tutor or Assessor, or a qualified Early Years professional who has supported, mentored, or developed others and is ready to move into teaching and assessing. Support is available to help you develop your assessor skills.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
