- CSCS Card Blue/Gold
- EUSR
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Previous experience working as a Earthworks Ganger on major civils/infrastructure projects
- Experience supervising gangs on reinforced concrete and structural works
- Ability to read and work from drawings
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures on site
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate labour, plant and materials effectively
- Experience working alongside engineers, supervisors and site management
- Reliable and proactive attitude towards work
About The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing gangs carrying out structural and reinforced concrete works across a major infrastructure project. Duties will include coordinating daily activities, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently, maintaining quality standards and liaising with site management teams to ensure programme targets are achieved.
