With an exciting transformation ahead, the practice will be rebranded this July as Dovedale House, as part of the wider inspire vet care network rebrand. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role at a pivotal moment and play a key part in shaping the future identity, culture, and clinical direction of the practice.

You will play a key role in maintaining robust clinical governance, ensuring full compliance with RCVS guidance and IVC Evidensia standards. Working closely with our newly appointed Director of practice Laura McKechnie, you will support service development, implement improvements, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Here's What the Team Have to Say
'I started at Easipetcare about 6 months ago and was warmly welcomed into the team. The practice is bright, spacious, and the team work well together. Everyone is keen to do the best for our clients and patients. Ideas for improvement are openly shared and considered. Individual interests are encouraged and I have been supported in pursuing opportunities for experience in areas I'm less confident in.
