About the Role

As an Eating Disorders Associate (EDA) at Orri, you will be a key part of our multidisciplinary team, supporting clients throughout their therapeutic day within our specialist service in central London.

This is a hands-on, relational role where you will build meaningful therapeutic alliances and provide practical and emotional support across a variety of settings.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and facilitating therapeutic mealtimes and snack groups
  • Providing 1:1 meal support and emotional processing
  • Observing, monitoring and recording client presentations, communicating effectively with the MDT
  • Working closely with Psychologists, Dietitians, Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists and RMNs
  • Supporting clients with reviews, weekend planning and grounding during distress
  • Following bespoke MDT care plans
  • Contributing to safeguarding, audits and service development initiatives
  • Participating in reflective practice, supervision and ongoing professional development
  • Playing an essential role in ensuring Orri delivers a safe, responsive and high-quality service.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, motivated and committed to delivering exceptional client care.

You will:

  • Be educated to degree level
  • Have a genuine interest in eating disorders and specialist mental health care
  • Communicate with confidence, sensitivity and professionalism
  • Be organised, adaptable and able to manage a varied workload
  • Thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
  • Be proactive, reflective and eager to develop your clinical expertise
  • Have strong IT skills and attention to detail
  • Have a passion for learning, research and contributing ideas within an innovative service is highly valued.
