EAU Mobilisation and Compliance Document Control Officer

The EAU Mobilisation and Compliance & Document Control Officer serves as an embedded specialist within the client team, working in direct support of the EAU Mobilisation Manager. The role is responsible for overseeing the integrity and compliance of all EAU documentation, under the guidance of the Mobilisation Manager the role holder will write, develop and support the implementation of policies, procedures and assurance activities. This role will ensure the seamless administration of key systems including Teamcenter and IMS. As the central point for compliance assurance, the post holder manages PC and LC9 administrative requirements, including the tracking of contractor mobilisation, onboarding procedures, and assurance activities. By maintaining rigorous oversight of governance and assurance, this position ensures that all project activities adhere to strict security and regulatory standards, facilitating effective collaboration between the G4S and Client teams.

To meet operational needs, tasking for this position may be directed by both the G4S Team and the Client team.

Pay: £19.66 per hour (£41,005.09) during probation period. Upon successful completion of probation increase to £20.56 per hour (£42,882.23), hourly paid

Key Responsibilities

  • All activities will be undertaken in collaboration with and under the control of the Workforce Mobilisation Manager
  • Write, develop and update EAU Mobilisation and Governance related procedures and documents
  • Oversee EAU Document Control, ensuring compliance
  • Update all EAU documents on the Projects document control systems including Teamcenter and IMS Administration
  • PC & LC9 Compliance
    • Support Monthly LC9 Dashboard updates and administration.
    • Functional support to Workforce Mobilisation Manager to organise and track Contractor Mobilisation Compliance.
    • Conduct LC9 related assurance activities.
    • Provide support to the Induction Lead with Induction related compliance activities and onboarding procedure compliance.
  • Assurance
    • Support to Governance & Compliance Lead
    • Develop and support implementation of the Annual LC9 Assurance Schedule.
    • Assist with the delivery of LC9 assurance activities (scheduled and ad-hoc) including; compliance checks, advisory audits, compliance audits, self-assessments, document reviews.
    • Tracking & review of assurance actions.
    • Maintenance and management of assurance governance and supporting documents.
  • Learning & Improvement
    • Maintain oversight and control of Insight records relating to LC9 Compliance Activities

Minimum Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be IT Literate
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • The capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows

Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Experience

  • A background in document control and/or assurance
