About the Role

The Temporary E-Billing Administrator reports to the E-Billing Supervisor for a fixed term period of 3 months and will be responsible for administering the e-Billing system, adhering to processes, query management and support and information relay to fee earners and management.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Execute data entry. Input and update high-volume invoice records in our core eBilling system.
  • Follow strict processes. Execute highly repetitive, step-by-step administration tasks with absolute consistency and speed.
  • Manage internal systems. Utilise internal platforms to maintain accurate financial and invoice records including actions and statuses.
  • Handle team correspondence. Manage email communication efficiently using internal systems, Outlook and imanage.
  • Liaise with stakeholders. Communicate clearly with key internal stakeholders regarding billing updates via email.
  • Maintain data accuracy. Ensure zero errors while processing repetitive financial data sets.

EXPERIENCE

What You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • Accounts department experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent data input skills with first time accuracy
  • Good IT skills and experience on financial applications. General technological awareness
  • Fluent English is essential
  • Experience of legal billing (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience of working in a multi-currency environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience of working in a shared service environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Competent Excel and Word user
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and driven to improve at all times
  • A team player, capable of working together towards a common target
  • Deliver a 'can do' and proactive approach at all times
