E-billing Coordinator - London
As an E-billing Coordinator in London, you'll manage the day-to-day electronic billing processes to ensure smooth and accurate invoicing within the professional services industry. Your role will involve working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the accounting and finance department.

Description
- Oversee and maintain the electronic billing system for accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific billing requirements and guidelines.
- Prepare and submit invoices through various electronic billing platforms.
- Monitor and manage billing deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
- Generate and analyse billing reports to identify and address issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing activities and communications.
- Provide support and training to internal stakeholders on e-billing processes.
