About the Role
The E-Billing Supervisor will oversee four E-Billing Administrators and an E-Billing Onboarding Coordinator. The E-Billing Supervisor reports to the E-Billing Manager and will be responsible for the supervision of roles mentioned. Primary responsibilities include:
- Direct supervision of the e-billing team including distribution of workload, training and development and ensuring the team provides a superior level of customer service
- Thorough analysis of team's performance reviews, feedback and action planning aiming for continuous Improvements
- Continue to develop the teams skills and knowledge so they meet SLA targets and their yearly SMART objectives
- Work with the Senior E-Billing Analyst to ensure invoices are uploaded in a timely manner and be aware of any client billing requirements
- Continuous and ongoing improvement of the current E-Billing processes by introducing improvements and efficiencies to the current workflows
- In depth analysis of inventory, performance levels at team and individual level and develop and utilize analytic dashboards to improve performance
- Being the point of contact for escalations for the Senior E-Billing Specialists and ensuring the queries are handled correctly and promptly through to appropriate resolution
- The ability to challenge key stakeholders both internal and external and build and maintain strong working relationships

EXPERIENCE
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Prior E-Billing knowledge is required including supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Accounts department experience including reconciliation experience
- Good IT skills and experience on financial applications. General technological awareness
- Process documentation, review and development
- Strong query resolution skills and excellent data input skills with first time accuracy
- Experience of working in a multi-currency environment (preferred but not essential)
- Experience of working in a shared service environment (preferred but not essential)
- Competent Excel and Word user
- Self-motivated, pro-active and driven to improve at all times
- A team player, capable of working together towards a common target
- Deliver a 'can do' and proactive approach at all times
