Position Overview
Join our multi-disciplinary team and help shape the future of electronic design automation. You'll develop innovative design methodologies for our Siemens EDA Xpedition product suite, working directly with customers to transform how they design, manage, and optimize complex electronic systems. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on product performance, reduce time-to-market, and guide the next generation of design engineers as a potential technical leader within our System Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement design methodologies for Siemens EDA Xpedition products to drive customer innovation and accelerate time-to-market goals
- Consult with and present to customers on design capabilities, identifying workflow gaps and recommending solutions to enhance their design performance
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to expand the adoption and use of the Xpedition tool suite across customer design flows
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, supporting the growth and development of new recruits within the System Practice
- Partner with the EBS product division on advanced development, customization, and maintenance of CLS-generated applications for enterprise environments
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance for enterprise data management (EDM) environments deployed in cloud infrastructure

Qualifications
- Experience with PCB hardware development methodology and hands-on use of Siemens EDA Xpedition tools
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, VBScript) and software development practices
- Knowledge of enterprise data management (EDM) design, library methodology, tools, and design flows
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, database administration and optimization, and networking concepts
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)

Our Benefits & Rewards
The primary location for this opportunity is Egypt. The applicable salary range for this location is:
Egypt: USD 38,400 - USD 84,500
This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. This position may also be posted in additional locations including Spain, Italy, Poland, and United Kingdom. For such locations, the applicable salary ranges are:
Spain: €60,400 - €108,700
Italy: €57,200 - €114,500
Poland: PLN 204,400 - PLN 367,900
United Kingdom: GBP 62,700 - GBP 125,400
