Description
As a Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor you will be working with clients and supporting with their order journey from start to finish.
This will be an extremely varied fast paced role and will be supporting with queries over marketplace platforms, social media, livechat and over the telephone.
You will be working closely with supply chain, warehouse and other members of the business to ensure a seamless process for each client and the best experience is provided!
Will be heavily involved with improving service delivery and upholding customer satisfaction.

Profile
- Previous ecommerce experience
- Knowledge of zendesk desirable
- Experienced using amazon and marketplace platforms
- Able to hit the ground running and work in a busy fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- A good team player
