Full-Time, Office-Based eClinical Coordinator

Location: Central London Department: Data Management

The eClinical Coordinator at Medpace plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of patient-reported data for clinical trials, collaborating with the eClinical Project Manager and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to project teams, managing diverse assignments.
  • Work with vendors to ensure patient data collection forms align with their technical and electronic requirements.
  • Partner with Sponsors to define application-level requirements for each study.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining metric reports and study-specific documentation.
  • Support Clinical Database (Db) Programmers with application configuration and testing.
  • Troubleshoot application issue reports by coordinating with sites and sponsors.
  • Prepare and report compliance metrics to sponsors.

Requirements

  • Degree: Bachelor’s in Life Sciences or Mathematics (or relevant field).
  • Attention to detail with meticulous data management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Training provided for entry-level candidates.
