Job Title: ECM Payroll Business Partner Manager
Are you an experienced payroll professional with a passion for operational excellence, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement?
We're seeking an ECM Payroll Business Partner Manager to lead payroll partnership activities, drive service performance, and act as a trusted advisor to key business stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to influence payroll strategy, enhance employee experience, and ensure the delivery of high-quality payroll services across a complex organisation.
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 13:30-22:00
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional payroll service.
- Lead payroll governance, compliance, and operational performance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, controls, and efficiency.
- Analyse payroll data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with internal and external payroll providers.
- Support business change, transformation, and system enhancement projects.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing payroll team.

What We're Looking For
- Significant payroll leadership and management experience.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance, and governance.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead change and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong focus on customer service and employee experience.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
