As an ECO Coordinator
You are responsible for managing and reviewing engineering change requests for operations, liaising with local and remote engineering teams in the management of engineering change. You will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplined and global team, located in Huntingdon, UK.
Your Responsibilities
- Liaising with global cross-functional teams to ensure that the requirements for each change are met and approved
- Managing changes from submission through to implementation, confirming approvals and escalating issues as needed
- Providing guidance and resolving local obstacles, such as approval delays or change queries
- Maintaining an overview of the global ECO process and managing key KPIs including change cycle time and backlog.

The Essential Requirements
- Relevant experience or qualification in engineering, science or change management
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings in a manufacturing, assembly or engineering product environment
- Experience using databases, ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) or other computer program other software tools for data entry and/or engineering change processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
