Location: Craigavon Headquarters (Northern Ireland), North-West (Northern Ireland) or Charnwood (Loughborough, England)
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week

The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an eCOA Product Manager to join our Clinical Technologies business unit. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the strategy, development and ongoing evolution of one or more eCOA product domains, helping shape solutions that respond to customer, patient, market and regulatory needs.
As Product Manager, you will develop a deep understanding of your assigned product domain and use this insight to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap and priorities. You will work closely with customers and internal teams, bringing together feedback, product analytics, usage data and market research to support informed product decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Manager who understands eCOA clinical technology and enjoys combining customer insight, strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration to shape products that support clinical research.

What You Need To Be Successful
Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK.
- GCSE Grades A-C in Maths and English, or equivalent.
- 3 A Levels Grades A-E, or equivalent, OR significant relevant experience working within Almac Clinical Technologies.
- Proven Product Management experience within eCOA clinical technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulated environments.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements into scalable product capabilities.
