Consultant Ecologist

GBP30,000 - GBP36,000

Kent

As a Consultant Ecologist, You Will

  • Undertake protected species, botanical and habitat surveys
  • Complete PEAs, EcIAs and professional ecological reports
  • Deliver BNG assessments, habitat mapping and enhancement strategies
  • Support protected species licence applications and mitigation
  • Manage projects and liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior ecologists

Requirements

  • 2+ years ecological consultancy experience
  • Relevant ecology/environmental degree
  • Protected species licence(s) and progress towards others
  • Experience with UKHab, BNG and ecological reporting
  • QGIS or ArcGIS experience
  • CIEEM membership
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Living in or within a commutable distance of the Kent office
