The Ecologist will join a supportive and collaborative team, working across a varied project portfolio. The role will involve:
- Undertaking protected species and habitat surveys
- Preparing Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEAs) and ecological reports
- Supporting Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessments and UKHab surveys
- Contributing to ecological assessments and planning documentation
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and wider project teams
- Supporting project delivery from fieldwork through to reporting

Requirements
- Relevant ecology/environmental qualification
- Previous ecological consultancy experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
- Full right to work in the UK
- Living in or within a commutable distance of the office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
