Job Description
Company: Social Climbers Collective LTD
Role Overview
Responsible for driving growth across clients' TikTok Shop and ecommerce channels, reporting directly to the CEO.
Package
- Salary £35-45,000 per annum
- Uncapped performance bonus
- OTE £50-70K+
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Optimization
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize clients' TikTok Shops to driving revenue and in alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging TikTok features to deploy effective tactics.
- Maintain and update product listings, ensuring they are optimized for seasonality and relevant SEO terms.
Growth & Performance
- Implement performance tracking and reporting, including monitoring key metrics such as engagement, product clicks, conversions, and sales.
- Manage and deliver an ROI of 3 or more on GMV Max Campaigns.
- Maintain a shop health score of 4.8 or above.
- Meet client-specific KPIs and targets set by the company.

Affiliate & Content Management
- Develop and execute strategies to expand affiliate networks and drive revenue through partnerships.
- Recruit and manage relationships with affiliates, content creators, and influencers to secure collaborations and maximize campaign impact.
- Manage and grow TikTok affiliate communities for clients.
- Collaborate with the Content team to support launches, promotions, sales, and shoppable videos.

Customer Experience
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Working Terms
- Flexibility: The role offers schedule flexibility provided that all projects and tasks are completed by agreed-upon deadlines.
- Availability: Expected to be contactable between 9am-6pm.
- Weekend Monitoring: Required to monitor client accounts during weekends to ensure customer response rates are not negatively impacted.
