eCom Operations Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a eCom Operations Manager based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations within a fast-growing direct-to-consumer health and wellness business.
You will bring structure, clarity, and accountability to a high-performance environment where priorities move quickly.
The role combines operational leadership, process improvement, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on problem solving.
You will build and improve SOPs, workflows, and internal systems that enable the business to scale efficiently.
You will also identify bottlenecks, coordinate core eCommerce operations, and turn operational challenges into practical solutions.
Working with a lean global team, you will have significant autonomy and a visible impact on how the business operates and grows.
This is an ideal opportunity for an operator who enjoys ownership, moves quickly, and builds systems rather than simply maintaining them.
Accountabilities
- Own and continuously improve the company's day-to-day business operations, ensuring priorities, processes, and workflows run efficiently.
- Build, document, implement, and optimize SOPs, operational workflows, and internal systems that support scalable growth.
- Coordinate supply chain, logistics, and other critical eCommerce operational activities to maintain business continuity.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps, then develop and implement practical solutions.
- Introduce greater organization, accountability, and structure across teams and operational processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and keep projects, priorities, and deliverables moving forward.
- Support recruiting activities, including candidate coordination, interviewing, and team-growth initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and evolve operational processes to ensure they remain effective as the business grows.
- Take ownership of operational challenges from identification through execution and resolution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
