Ecomm EMEA Finance Support Associate
Location: Southampton, Office based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 08:30am - 17:30pm
Salary: £28,700 per annum

Purpose of the role
The role is focused within the Finance function with a shared responsibility supporting both the finance administration of Garmin.com webshop and supporting the Amazon customer accounts. The role requires commitment to providing an exceptional standard of service to both internal and external customers.
Key duties & responsibilities
Garmin.com
- Reconciliation of web payment transactions and preparation of related bank recs for Garmin Europe and other Garmin entities.
- Review of Fraud queue/rules and resolution of issues
- Allocate, process and respond to chargeback requests
- Manage the refund process, including using More4Apps
- Liaise closely with Product Support Teams
- Liaise with external partners, such as Adyen & Paypal
- Working pro-actively and alongside a team to bring together ideas for improvements to drive quality and efficiencies of processes

Amazon
- Application of customer payments to Oracle from Receipt Sheets
- Post chargebacks onto Oracle customer Account
- Use Amazon Vendor Central to manage chargeback process
- Review and clear RMA Chargebacks/Credits
- Close liaison with Amazon sales admin team to resolve any issues / disputes / queries
- Produce chargeback and other reports to assist in the monitoring of the Amazon account status

- Support finance department on other areas including sales reporting
- Other duties as requested by the Manager
Education & Experience
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Confident experience with Microsoft Excel to an advanced level
- Experience with Oracle desirable
- Ability to pick up new systems and software
