Summary
The Studio Process & Operations Consultant will be responsible for analysing, improving, and implementing operational processes across Fashion ecommerce content production.
Working closely with Sample Management, Creative and internal stakeholders, the consultant will evaluate current workflows, identify opportunities for efficiency, and design scalable solutions that improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance across the studio operation.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, helping teams streamline ways of working, optimise resource allocation, improve communication flows, and establish best-practice processes across photography and content production. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring the studio operation can scale effectively while maintaining high standards of creative output.

Key Objectives
- Assess current studio operating models and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement efficient end-to-end workflows across sample management, photography, post-production and content delivery.
- Improve productivity / Establish clear governance, reporting frameworks.
- Create scalable operational procedures that support future business growth.
- Improve cross-functional collaboration between internal teams / ownership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of content production.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing studio workflows, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks and risks.
- Design and implement best-practice operational processes across ecommerce photography and content production.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation and operational guidelines.
- Develop scalable solutions to support increasing production volumes and evolving business requirements.
- Partner with studio leadership, production teams and client stakeholders to understand operational challenges.
- Facilitate workshops and process-mapping sessions with internal teams.
- Build strong relationships across departments to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth implementation of operational improvements.
- Review existing systems and technology supporting studio operations.
- Recommend enhancements to workflows, systems and automation opportunities.
- Provide guidance on industry best practices within ecommerce content production and studio operations.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in creative operations, studio operations, production consultancy or process improvement roles.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce photography, content production and post-production workflows.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing operational processes.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience creating operational documentation, SOPs and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance operational efficiency and creative excellence.
