Tasks

About the Role

We are looking for an eCommerce superstar who knows Amazon inside out, loves getting stuck into client accounts and has the drive to make things happen. You will be commercially minded, proactive and comfortable moving between the detail of Vendor and Seller Central and the bigger picture of growing brands online.

This role can be hired at Senior Associate or Manager level depending on experience. What matters most to us is strong Amazon marketplace knowledge, particularly Vendor Central, combined with the right attitude: self-aware, accountable, curious and always looking for ways to improve.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and develop relationships with key client accounts, becoming a trusted eCommerce partner and day-to-day point of contact.
  • Take ownership of Amazon performance across both Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P), with a strong understanding of how Vendor operates commercially and operationally.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's strategy, objectives and key stakeholders, translating these into clear marketplace growth plans.
  • Own and support the full end-to-end eCommerce process across key accounts, including catalogue and content, pricing, promotions, inventory, availability, operational performance and customer experience.
  • Analyse sales, profitability and marketplace performance to identify risks and opportunities, turning data into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Proactively troubleshoot Vendor and Seller Central issues and work with Amazon, clients and internal teams to drive resolution.
  • Plan and deliver regular client performance reviews and QBRs, providing clear insights, recommendations and next steps.
  • Work closely with eCommerce Operations, Advertising, Content, Technology and other internal teams to deliver excellent execution for clients.
  • Support promotional campaigns, new product launches and peak trading moments, ensuring plans are commercially sound and operationally ready.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client performance and scope across Amazon and, where relevant, other marketplaces.
  • For Manager-level candidates, provide guidance, coaching and support to more junior members of the eCommerce Acceleration team and help raise standards across the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
