The Opportunity
We are looking for a bright, analytical and commercially minded eCommerce Account Executive to join a leading UK food business based in Surrey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in eCommerce, digital marketing, or FMCG, working with some of the UK's major retailers and gaining hands-on experience across retail media, digital merchandising, and online trading.
You'll join a fast-paced commercial team and take real ownership of online performance across key retail accounts, working across both established consumer brands and own-label products.
If you enjoy working with data, spotting opportunities, and turning insight into action, this could be an excellent next step in your career.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you'll help manage and optimise the company's eCommerce performance across priority UK retail customers.
You'll work across retail media, digital shelf, online merchandising, and trading, using data and analysis to understand what's working, identify opportunities, and ultimately drive online sales.
You'll also support the management of a significant annual retail media budget, giving you valuable hands-on exposure to campaign planning, optimisation, and measuring return on investment.
What You'll Be Doing
eCommerce & Retail Media
- Help plan, launch, and optimise retail media campaigns.
- Manage keywords, bids, budgets, placements, and creative activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve return on investment.
- Develop a test-and-learn approach to understand what drives the best results.
- Support the growth of the company's quick-commerce presence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
