The Business:
I am working with a fast-growing ecommerce business that’s looking to bring in an eCommerce Account Manager to support the growth of key brand partners across major online marketplaces. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with marketplace experience or client services, who enjoys a mix of account management, trading, and hands-on execution within a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
You’ll manage a portfolio of brand partners, driving performance across platforms like Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces. This role sits at the heart of the commercial team, balancing relationship management with trading and operational delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact for your brand partners, building strong relationships
- Managing listings, pricing, stock and availability to optimise sales and margin
- Planning and executing promotions across marketplaces
- Supporting product launches and ensuring listings are accurate and optimised
- Analysing performance data (sales, margin, conversion, stock) and making recommendations
- Delivering regular reports and insights to both internal stakeholders and clients
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign and operational delivery
- Supporting stock flow and maintaining healthy stock turn

The Person:
- 3-5 years of experience in an ecommerce, client services or agency account manager role
- Experience working within ecommerce or marketplace environments
- Exposure to platforms like Amazon or eBay
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commercial mindset with an interest in trading and performance
- Confident working with data and reporting
- Great communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
