Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive to join an established and growing business, supporting the day-to-day management of ecommerce websites and marketplace accounts.
Responsibilities of the Ecommerce & Marketplace Executive:
- Support the day-to-day management of ecommerce websites and marketplace accounts.
- Upload new products, maintain existing listings, and monitor activity across platforms including Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon Merch on Demand.
- Prepare and upload product information using Excel, ensuring titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, imagery, and other data are accurate.
- Maintain product databases, master data sheets and other ecommerce records.
- Support the development and launch of new licensed product collections across relevant sales channels.
- Monitor listings and investigate product, stock, pricing, and marketplace issues, ensuring these are resolved promptly.
- Liaise with third-party marketplace, production and distribution partners on day-to-day queries and requirements.
- Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and trade reporting.
- Review ecommerce and marketplace performance, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide the Accounts team with accurate sales information, invoice details and supporting documentation.
- Check partner reports and invoices to ensure sales figures, charges and agreed pricing are accurate.
- Maintain organised records of marketplace sales, partner fees, invoices, and reports.
- Ensure products and collections are presented accurately and consistently across all online sales channels.
- Support the identification of new marketplace and partnership opportunities to help grow online sales.

Additional Information
We are open to considering candidates with varying levels of experience, from those looking to take their first step into a broader ecommerce role through to candidates with previous experience in ecommerce and marketplace management.

- The successful candidate will have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be confident working with product data and larger datasets. Previous experience using Shopify or online marketplaces such as Etsy or Amazon would be beneficial.
- Strong numerical and organisational skills are required, together with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with sales reports, invoices and pricing information and confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners.
- The role would suit someone who is proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple collections and deadlines. They should be comfortable identifying issues, taking ownership and working through problems to find practical solutions.
- An understanding of ecommerce merchandising and online retail would be advantageous.
Previous experience managing wholesale ecommerce accounts is essential for this role.
