Art Director – Lipsy & Love & Roses (2 roles)

Location: Premier Park Studios, NW London

About Us

NEXT Wholly Owned Brands (NWOB) operates a portfolio of iconic women’s brands, including Lipsy and Love & Roses, driving creativity, innovation, and commercial success. Our mission is to inspire confidence through exceptional style—fusing trends, glamour, and bold individuality.

About the Brands

  • Lipsy: A London-born label championing fierce femininity, with designs that effortlessly balance sophistication and edge. Ideal for women who embody ambition, style, and audacious self-assurance.
  • Love & Roses: A brand rooted in boundary-breaking style, celebrating unique identities through playful prints, experimental fabrics, and unafraid forcefulness.

About the Role

We’re recruiting two Art Directors—one for Lipsy and one for Love & Roses—to shape game-changing visual identities. As the creative leader, you’ll blend artistic vision with commercial strategy, crafting best-in-class E-commerce imagery and storytelling for digital, social, and marketing platforms.

This isn’t just a job; it’s an invitation to push boundaries, lead with curiosity, and commercialise bold ideas.

Responsibilities

Shoot Direction & Execution

  • Lead mood boards for cross-brand E-commerce and direct high-impact shoots (buyables, elevated content, lookbooks).
  • Deliver original, platform-optimised creative for stills + video (shoots in our studio + location work).
  • Collaborate with shoot teams post-production, both hands-on (edit, Whipple Retouching, job management) and strategic (department oversight).
  • Oversee set design, props, and styling with the in-house team, ensuring execution aligns with brand DNA.
  • Efficiently manage budgets, timelines, and external vendors to drive quality results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
