E-commerce Associate Role
Location: Waterloo-London
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Work from Office
Salary: £36,000 + Bonus
Experience: 2+ years
About The Role
A fast-growing UK-based consumer brand is looking for a commercially driven E-commerce Associate to grow its marketplace and online retail business.
You will manage existing e-commerce accounts, drive revenue growth, and support the launch of new marketplaces and online retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow marketplace and online retail accounts.
- Own revenue targets and weekly trading performance.
- Manage Amazon, TikTok Shop, Ocado, or similar platforms.
- Optimise product listings, pricing, promotions, and advertising.
- Manage retail media campaigns and monitor ROAS.
- Forecast stock and coordinate replenishment with Operations.
- Identify and launch new marketplace and retail opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage account onboarding.
- Track revenue, margins, P&L, stock, and channel performance.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.

- 2+ years' experience in e-commerce sales, account management, or marketplace management.
- Experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Ocado, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience delivering revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce trading, promotions, pricing, and advertising.
- Good knowledge of ROAS, margins, and P&L.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Commercially focused, analytical, and results-driven.
