Role: Ecommerce Assistant – Rotherham
Salary: £27k - £32k per annum DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday- Friday

Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a Healthcare business.
We're looking for an organised Ecommerce Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our Shopify website. You'll ensure products are accurately uploaded, content is up to date and customers enjoy a seamless online shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Upload and maintain product listings within Shopify
- Write and amend product descriptions
- Upload imagery, pricing and product attributes
- Support website merchandising and category updates
- Assist with new product launches
- Schedule promotional banners and homepage content
- Monitor website accuracy and identify any issues
- Carry out website testing before launches
- Support email marketing activity where required
- Produce weekly ecommerce reports
- Work closely with marketing, customer service and warehouse teams

Qualifications and skills:
- Previous ecommerce or digital administration experience
- Experience using Shopify (or another ecommerce platform)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working with Excel
- Basic understanding of ecommerce best practice
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
