About Susanne Kaufmann

Susanne Kaufmann is known for effective, proven holistic skincare powered by natural ingredients from the Alpine regions of Austria and Switzerland. With offices in Bezau, Austria, as well as London and Munich, and available in leading retailers worldwide, the brand is recognised as a pioneer in responsibly produced, efficacious natural beauty with founder Susanne Kaufmann at its helm.

The Role

The Ecommerce Assistant supports the Head of Ecommerce in the day-to-day running of Susanne Kaufmann's B2C ecommerce platforms, owning the briefing process across content, creative and development requests, coordinating assets and communications with external partners (including the web development agency and Amazon agency), and keeping the team's trading, content and reporting running smoothly day to day. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role, well suited to someone looking to build a career in ecommerce within a small, fast-paced luxury brand.

Objectives & Responsibilities

Briefing & Asset Coordination

  • Own the briefing process for content, creative and website development requests — translating trading, digital marketing and campaign needs into clear, timely briefs for the web development agency, copywriters, designers and other partners.
  • Share and manage assets (imagery, copy, product data) with the web development agency and other 3rd parties, including the Amazon agency, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery.
  • Brief the digital marketing/paid media agency on paid ad campaigns (paid social, paid search, display) and support day-to-day campaign activation, ensuring creative, copy and targeting are briefed accurately and on time.
  • Track briefs and requests through to completion, chasing partners and flagging delays or issues to the Head of Ecommerce.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
