Position: Ecommerce Assistant
Reports to: Ecommerce Manager
Position Description:
Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager and wider Trading, Merchandising, Marketing and Creative teams, the Ecommerce Assistant will help ensure the website is accurate, engaging and commercially optimised.
You will help ensure the website is accurate, visually engaging and commercially optimised, while supporting product launches, onsite merchandising, content updates and ecommerce reporting.
The full-time position is based at our Head Office in Shepherds Bush and is required to be in the office 4 days a week, and 1 day working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Content Management:
- Coordinate product launches, ensuring imagery, copy, pricing, sizing and product information are complete and accurate
- Build and update products, collections, navigation and onsite content
- Upload and manage video content
- Carry out pre-launch checks to ensure products are correctly categorised, merchandised and available across the appropriate sales channels
- Build and schedule back-in-stock alerts using the email marketing platform
- Support the management of product reviews, including monitoring customer feedback, checking reviews are displaying correctly and highlighting recurring product or fit feedback to the relevant teams

Website Management & Trading:
- Support the day-to-day management of the WYSE London Shopify website
- Ensuring the product visual merchandising of the website is always maintained, utilising trade & stock knowledge to align with the business strategy
- Identify bestselling, underperforming, low-stock and sold-out products, taking appropriate onsite action
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure content accuracy and monitor site functionality and user journeys, identifying and escalating issues that may impact conversion or customer experience.
- Assist with content management and seasonal site refreshes to ensure the website remains visually engaging and aligned with brand standards.
- Support promotional activity, including setting up sale events, discounting and onsite updates
- Support onsite SEO & AEO activity
- Assist with website testing, improvements and wider ecommerce projects

Skills & Experience:
- Shopify experience preferable but not essential
- Previous experience working in Fashion/Retail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Enthusiastic and flexible in response to an ever-evolving business
- Strong communication skills and effective collaboration across functions
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Commercially curious, with an interest in ecommerce and the online customer journey
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced ecommerce environment
