The Role
Club L London is looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented Italian E-Commerce Assistant to support and grow our presence within the Italian market. This role will be responsible for executing trading activity, optimising the onsite customer journey, supporting campaign launches, and ensuring a seamless localised experience for Italian customers.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Trading & Campaign Execution
- Work in synergy with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities and ways to improve brand presence within the Italian market.
- Own and execute all key trading activity, ensuring major trading moments and campaigns are planned and delivered effectively.
- Collaborate closely with digital marketing channel teams to ensure campaign consistency across all channels.
- Support business goals through effective site presentation, merchandising, curation, and execution of trading and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to support forward planning, campaign execution, and new product drops (NPDs).

Site Performance & Optimisation
- Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in site functionality, user experience, and product features.
- Create value throughout the onsite experience by identifying customer pain points and translating these into enhancement opportunities.
- Drive site improvements to maximise conversion, and reduce bounce rate.
- Understand the wider impact of front-end and back-end site changes and communicate feedback, pressure points, and improvements to the wider business.
- Utilise analytical tools and reporting to monitor site performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Italian Translation & Localisation
- Translate and localise product descriptions, marketing content, campaign messaging, banners, and onsite copy from English to Italian.
- Ensure all Italian content is culturally relevant, commercially effective, and aligned with Club L London’s brand tone.
- Conduct quality checks and proofread Italian content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and localisation quality.
- Support Italian customer experience through optimised localised content across the e-commerce journey.
- Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.

About You
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Entry-level role but must have a degree in a relevant field and/or relevant work experience (preferably fashion).
- Knowledge of SEO & non-technical SEO best practices.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Has acute attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
