The Role

Club L London is looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented Polish E-Commerce Executive to support and grow our presence within the Polish market. This role will be responsible for executing trading activity, optimising the onsite customer journey, supporting campaign launches, and ensuring a seamless localised experience for Polish customers.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Ownership

  • Support the commercial performance of the Polish market, taking ownership of Revenue and Conversion.
  • Monitor daily trading KPIs including Revenue, Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), Traffic, Bounce Rate, and Product Availability.
  • Identify commercial risks and opportunities, escalating issues early with proposed solutions.
  • Develop an understanding of the key commercial drivers that influence market performance.

Trading & Campaign Execution

  • Execute all onsite trading activity across campaigns, product launches, and key trading events.
  • Support homepage updates, navigation improvements, and category merchandising.
  • Recommend improvements to product visibility, collections, and merchandising based on customer behaviour and performance.
  • Support promotional execution and campaign implementation in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Work closely with Merchandising and Product to ensure new product launches and seasonal campaigns are delivered successfully.
  • Share commercial insights that help influence trading decisions across the business.
  • Build collaborative relationships across departments to improve execution and customer experience.

Customer Experience & Conversion Optimisation

  • Review customer behaviour to identify friction throughout the onsite journey.
  • Support A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve navigation, search, product discovery, and onsite content.
  • Recommend customer journey improvements that increase conversion.

Localisation & Market Excellence

  • Translate and localise product descriptions, campaign messaging, marketing content, banners, and onsite copy from English into Polish.
  • Ensure all Polish content reflects the Club L London brand while remaining culturally relevant for local customers.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain consistency, accuracy, and localisation standards.
  • Act as the voice of the Polish customer by identifying local market opportunities and customer needs.

Insight & Analysis

  • Produce daily and weekly trading summaries highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyse trading data to identify actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and emerging market trends.
  • Use analytical tools to evaluate trading performance and measure the success of commercial initiatives.
  • Convert insights into practical recommendations that improve commercial performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Previous experience in ecommerce, preferably within fashion or retail.
  • Shopify experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce trading and onsite optimization.
  • Experience with Polish translations and localisation for ecommerce or digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Shopify systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Clear, precise, and influential written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
