An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an in-house Ecommerce Assistant working in Leeds as part of our expanding Marketing team.
Salary: Competitive Salary + excellent benefits package
We are looking for a bright, ambitious Ecommerce Assistant to support the continuous improvement of our website, with a strong focus on customer experience and overall sales performance. You will have an analytical mindset and understand the complexity of the customer journey, whilst thriving from the challenge this role offers.
This is a varied and rewarding role with exposure to all aspects of the business, offering plenty of scope for career progression in a vibrant, fun environment.

Role Responsibilities:
- Implement day-to-day trading activity across the website. This involves executing the promotional plan ensuring all promotional activity goes live correctly and according to plan.
- Work with Shopify inc. some HTML code to set promotional banners and content live across site.
- Work closely with Marketing to support all channels activity through promotional code creation, competitions & capsule launches.
- Working with the wider Ecommerce team to process and publish products, working towards weekly publishing targets.
- Working alongside our SEO team to maintain and create relevant product and trading categories.
- Support IT to develop and evolve the functionality of all devices.
- Demonstrate an awareness of the different markets and adapt trading activity to maximize sales for the different customers in each market.
- Conduct research on competitors in the different markets and the trading conditions
- Liaise with customer service to solve any issues raised
- Liaise with the product team about stock updates

About You
- Strong communicator
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Dynamic and adaptable
- Creative and keeps up with current trends
- Computer literate and able to troubleshoot issues
- Basic understanding of excel
- Ecommerce or retail experience is desirable
- CMS & HTML knowledge desirable
