Synapri are partnered with a global software company who are undergoing an eCommerce transformation with an ambition to increase their self-serve and eCommerce-enabled business from 25% to 60% over the next three years. Due to this transformation our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help drive this growth on a contract basis.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of eCommerce Operations & Transformation, you'll translate business objectives and customer needs into clear, structured and testable requirements. You'll work closely with teams across product, technology, finance, marketing, customer success and operations, helping to define solutions, improve customer journeys and ensure successful delivery from discovery through to launch!

Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops
- Translate business needs into requirements, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Define eCommerce business rules covering products, pricing, payments, and subscriptions
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps before development
- Support MVP definition, UAT and launch readiness
- Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements
- Develop reusable processes and standards to accelerate future eCommerce initiatives
About You
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, within eCommerce, SaaS, subscriptions or digital transformation
- Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements for complex, cross-functional projects
- Good understanding of eCommerce and subscription journeys
- Experience working across business and technical teams
- Confident facilitating workshops and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with CRM, ERP, eCommerce or customer portal systems
- Salesforce, NetSuite or Merchant of Record experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a global environment
