eCommerce Product Business Manager
We’re looking for an eCommerce Product Business Manager to join our eCommerce UK Trading team on a 12 Month FTC (maternity cover). Based onsite from NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire!
The Role
As an eCommerce Product Business Manager, you will lead the successful roll out of our new eCommerce product and trading system. This platform will be used by eCommerce and buying teams across the business to launch new items and optimise site merchandising to maximise sales. You will ensure the system delivers measurable commercial value by driving user efficiency over legacy processes, providing actionable commercial insights, and ensuring a strong return on development investment.
Success will be measured by improved product conversion rates achieved through enhanced product data and improved site discoverability.
What You’ll Take On
- Lead the rollout of the system and define future requirements across the business.
- Define and prioritize development requirements to deliver clear commercial benefits.
- Drive stakeholder communication, promote system adoption among key users, collect feedback, and deliver effective training programs.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and prioritise bug fixes and feature enhancements based on commercial impact.
- Drive higher product conversion rates through optimised product data and improved website shoppability.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience within an eCommerce leadership role, with the ability to manage cross functional teams and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of identifying growth opportunities by optimising product data and discoverability.
- Strong understanding of what changes and enhancements can be made to product pages and product data to improve conversion.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and A/B testing methodologies, with a commitment to continuous site optimisation.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
