LeMieux - Ecommerce Campaigns Executive
LeMieux is the UK’s fastest-growing equestrian and lifestyle brand, with a global community and big ambitions. Our success is driven by talented people who share our passion for innovation, collaboration, and excellence. We’re seeking an Ecommerce Executive to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.
LeMieux sells to riders in over 90 countries, direct through our own websites and through over 800 retail partners globally. Our websites are the front door to the brand for most of those customers.
The Ecommerce Campaigns Executive brings LeMieux website campaigns, product launches and seasonal stories to life onsite. You take marketing and creative concepts and turn them into online experiences that look unmistakably LeMieux, and that sell. It is a build-and-deliver role for the most exciting equestrian brand in the industry.
What You’ll Do
Campaign and Launch Delivery
- Build and publish campaign, launch and seasonal content across our B2C and B2B websites. Homepages, landing pages, category pages and onsite messaging to the agreed trading calendar.
- Work from marketing and creative briefs to produce onsite executions that hold to brand guidelines on layout, imagery, copy and tone.
- Coordinate the assets each campaign needs from Creative, Photography and Product. Chase what is missing and escalate early when a live date is at risk.
- Own the go-live schedule for your campaigns: what publishes, when, on which storefronts and locales, and what comes down afterwards.
- Quality-check every campaign before and after go-live on desktop, tablet and mobile. Links, imagery, pricing, promotional messaging, translated content and mobile layout.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Onsite Merchandising and Product Presentation
- Maintain category pages and navigation so products are easy to find, correctly sequenced and presented in line with trading priorities.
- Apply merchandising rules and sort orders in Constructor to support launches, promotions and stock priorities, to direction from the Ecommerce Campaigns Lead and the Trading team.
- Keep product content accurate onsite across imagery, naming, badging and categorisation, raising gaps with Product and the Akeneo PIM owner.
- Take promotional and end-of-season content down cleanly and on time.
Insight and Continuous Improvement
- Report on how your campaigns and onsite content performed using GA4 and onsite search data, and say what you would do differently next time.
- Log the friction you see in customer journeys and feed it into the Ecommerce improvement backlog.
- Support onsite A/B tests: help set them up, monitor them and write up what they told us.
- Bring ideas in from other retailers and brands; what is working elsewhere, and why it might work for us.
What You’ll Bring
- Confident working with software. Which platform matters less than your ability to learn ours.
- Genuinely detail-obsessed. You spot the broken link, the wrong price and the image that sits 20 pixels off.
- Organised under pressure, with several deadlines running at once.
- Comfortable with numbers. You can learn to read an analytics report and draw a conclusion from it.
- Clear written English, and the confidence to chase colleagues for what you need.
- One to two years in ecommerce, digital marketing or website content, a placement year or some relevant formal education.
- An interest in equestrian sport, or knowledge of the equestrian market.
