Role purpose – Ecommerce Specialist

With innovation being a key strategic driver, this role is accountable for the design and run of systems and data platforms designed to improve the shopping experience of our customers.

Technical skills

  • Technological innovation to anticipate consumer and colleague needs, keeping ahead of the curve
  • Engineering and architecture knowledge to provide direction and insight to the technical areas of the function
  • Technology product development expertise, driving a culture of world-class, iterative product development
  • Commercial and strategic business acumen to deliver scalable products that offer measurable return on investment
  • Digital commerce and multi-channel awareness with the ability to identify where digital investment can give a competitive advantage

  • Owning Service Model processes for Engineer Technology Products (10.3) and input into Plan & Manage Portfolio (10.1)
