We have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Content Coordinator to join our dynamic Ecommerce Team!
Role Overview:
As custodian of all website and CRM content, you are responsible for briefing, managing and optimising visual and written content to drive engagement, conversion and brand consistency. This role sits at the intersection of commercial and marketing, meaning that all content must ensure brand storytelling is aligned with brand identity whilst delivering clear and compelling commercial messaging.
Reporting to our Senior Trading Manager, you will provide key support as well as work cross-functionally with our marketing and brand teams to deliver and bring our strategy to life.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of content across all of our DTC websites, ensuring that all content is correct, consistent with our brand guidelines and is published in a timely manner in line with our campaigns and strategy.
- Management of all CRM content including campaign emails, email flows, pop ups and sign up forms.
- Work closely with Head of Ecommerce and Senior Trading Manager on trade campaigns across all of our brands, translating campaigns into briefs for creative teams.
- Co-ordinate with Digital Designer and brand teams on all creative content, ensuring accuracy and commercial strength before submitting to Head of Ecommerce for sign off.
- Carry out regular content audits to identify gaps, errors or optimisation opportunities.
- Co-ordinate online product launches, ensuring all content is approved, live and optimised ahead of go-live dates.
- Provide SEO and GEO support via online best practice with regards to website, product and PLP pages.
- Responsible for video, campaign and UGC content and ensuring that all websites are updated with the most current and relevant visuals.
- Support on content ideation, creation and editing where required, using photo editing software such as Photoshop or Canva.
- Work closely with Customer Experience Manager to translate customer education and customer experience requirements to our website content.
- Improve our CVR and AOV through upsells and cross-sells management and visual merchandising.
- Oversee our blog strategies across all websites.

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in ecommerce role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile team player with a proactive approach, capable of effective time management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Able to contribute ideas based on trends and research and identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Desirable Requirements:
- Passion for hair and beauty and knowledge of the industry.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Experience with Klaviyo/CRM experience.
- Image and video editing skills would be a bonus.
- Using AI to improve workflows and output.
