About the Role

We're looking for an eCommerce Content Executive to join our UK Commercial team at Moonpig. In this role, you'll help shape the online experience for millions of customers by delivering engaging, data-led content across our website and app. Working closely with teams across Commercial, Marketing, Buying and Cards, you'll create and optimise content that supports our commercial strategy, improves customer journeys and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build and optimise homepage and landing page content across the Moonpig UK website and app.
  • Maintain the eCommerce content plan, ensuring it aligns with the UK commercial strategy, business priorities and customer needs.
  • Partner with Card, Marketing and Buying teams to develop engaging onsite creative.
  • Create page wireframes for seasonal events using customer insights and performance data.
  • Drive improvements in commercial KPIs through compelling content and continuous optimisation.
  • Monitor page performance and ensure all content is fully optimised, including for mobile devices.
  • Conduct regular site walks to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
  • Plan, execute and analyse A/B tests across copy, creative and page layouts.
  • Proactively suggest and test new ideas that improve customer engagement and commercial performance.

About You

  • Previous experience creating or planning digital content within an eCommerce or online environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with confidence working independently.
  • Strong eye for design alongside an analytical mindset.
  • Experience using a Content Management System; Contentful experience would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with web analytics and A/B testing tools is desirable.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices is an advantage.
  • Collaborative approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Interview Process

  • Stage 1: 20–30 minute virtual Recruiter Screening Call – A chance to learn more about the role and discuss your experience.
  • Stage 2: 45–60 minute virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and a Senior Stakeholder – We'll explore your experience, role fit and ask you to share an example of previous work or ideas, followed by time for your questions.
  • Stage 3: 30-minute informal in-person chat with a team member – Meet the team, see the office and get a feel for life at Moonpig.
